How to remove driver software in Windows 10

4/14/2015

If any errors have appeared after driver software installation, then perhaps it's necessary to roll back or remove the driver software.

Open Device Manager.

Find the installed device in the list in the Device Manager window, right-click on its name and select Properties.

Properties

On the Driver tab click on the Roll Back Driver button, if it's active.

Unistall driver

The roll back function restores the previous version of the driver. If the Roll Back Driver button is inactive or the system remains unstable after the driver has been rolled back, then click on the Uninstall button and check the Delete the driver software for this device check box in the opened confirmation window.

Delete the driver software for this device

After you click on the OK button the driver will be unistalled.

Close all the open Device Manager windows.
