How to open Services in Windows 10

Here is how you can open Services in Windows 10.
Note that administrative privileges are required to run Services in Windows 10. So sign in to Windows 10 as an administrator before you begin.
Control Panel
1. Open Control Panel and click Administrative Tools.
2. Double-click the Services shortcut.
Run or Command Prompt
1. Open Run or Command Prompt.
2. Type services.msc
and press ENTER.
Shortcut
The most simple way to create the Services shortcut is to copy it from the Administrative Tools folder. If for some reason it doesn't exist in that folder, then you can create it as follows.
1. Right-click on an empty space of any folder on the computer.
2. Select New > Shortcut.
3. Type %windir%\system32\services.msc
and click Next.
4. Type Services
and click Finish.
5. Right-click the shortcut, and then click Properties.
6. Paste the following text into the Comment field:
Starts, stops, and configures Windows services.
7. Click OK.
